2. Service Description

Seva provides an automated AI phone receptionist service that answers business calls, schedules appointments, answers customer inquiries based on your provided instructions, and sends call notifications to authorized business contacts.

3. Call Forwarding & Telephony

To use Seva, you forward incoming phone calls from your existing carrier to a designated Seva virtual number. You retain full control of your carrier line and can activate or deactivate call forwarding at any time.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Free Trial: New accounts may receive an initial trial period to test the service without upfront payment.
• Billing Cycles: Subscriptions renew on a monthly or annual basis as selected during plan checkout.
• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, including automated spam dialing, unsolicited marketing calls, or harassment.
